King’s Cross TERMS & CONDITIONS
  •   In and Out time register should be sign regularly without fail.

  •   Student should not leave from hostel without prior permission of the hostel in-charge.
  •   Application for leave should be filed before a day Also, parents should conform through phone.
  •   Hostel fee should be paid before 5 th Day of every month. Late fee penalty per day Rs.100 will be charged.
  •   The allotment of number of students in a room may be increased or decreased decided by the Hostel management. The students should co- operate with the management in such situation.
  •  If any damage on the part of furniture, lights, switches, fans, regulators, geyser, taps, shower, television, AC plants, remotes, computers and other accessories will be liable by allocated persons in that room only.
  •  The student is responsible to safeguard their belongings. The management advised not to keep large amounts of cash or valuables items in their rooms. In case of theft or loss of any items the hostel management will not be responsible for such losses.
  •   Indoor cooking including making of tea/coffee in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
  •  The student will not be permitted outside during 10.00 pm to 5.00 am.
  •   Fees Paid amount will not be refundable.
  •   Without Food accommodation not provided, in case unable to take food from hostel that amount will not be refunded.
  •   Heater will be operated only at morning time (Before 10am), Washing Machine will be operated from 6am to 9pm and Rooms Lights will be Switch off from 10 pm to 5.30 am.
  •   Visitors timings 8am to 8pm only. Visitors are not allowed to stay in Hostel.

  •   Rooms should be kept clean and neat.
  •  When leaving room switch off Fan, Light and AC, also switch off geyser and light after using bathroom.
  •  Taps and shower operation should be closed once the bathing and usage of water and other purpose is over.
  •  Keep their dresses in cup-boards or in their suite cases or boxes and NOT supposed to throw them shattered here and there on their beds also should see that their other personal things will NOT be thrown as it is. Boys should maintain a disciplined way of living.
  •  Smoking, alcohol and illegal activities is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
  •  Outside food is NOT allowed inside the hostel and particularly non- vegetarian is strictly prohibited.
  •  Each person should be allotted with a cot along with a bed and pillow can use only.
  •  Outsider persons are NOT allowed inside the rooms. Guests are allowed till Reception hall only.
  •  Crackers or fireworks are NOT allowed inside the Hostel premises & Celebrations will not be allowed inside the Hostel.
  •  Electrical and electronic items like rice cooker, milk boiler, induction stove and any other cooking ware is NOT allowed inside hostel premises.
  •  AC Will switches on 9 Hrs a day only. [ 2pm to 5pm and 10 Pm to 4am]
  •  Hostel will not be operated on Diwali (4 Days) & Pongal (4 Days) Holidays & Rent will not be adjusted those days.
  •  One-month prior intimation should be given before leaving otherwise Advance will not be refunded.
  •  Advance Refund Amount will be given through Google Pay or Bank Account at the time of Vacating only.

 

The Hostel authorities will conduct surprise checks periodically and if anyone is found violating the above rules, disciplinary action will be taken against him. The hostel rooms are subject to inspection by the Hostel authorities to make sure that they are kept neat and tidy and no unauthorized items like liquor, drugs, lethal weapons etc. are kept in the room.
