Accommodation Note :

•   Student at the time of Joining between 1 st to 10 th Calendar Month, Rent will be calculated full month Rent only.
•   If Joining date after 10 th of Calendar Month, Rent will be Calculated Daily Basis Rent.
•   Daily Basis Rent for Non-AC Room Rs. 450 per Day & AC Room Rs. 550 per Day.
  • AC Charges for 6 Hrs [10pm to 4am] Rs.1500 Per month
  • AC Charges for 9 Hrs [ 2pm to 5pm & 10pm to 4pm] Rs. 2800 Per Month


•   Room Booking Charges Rs. 2000
•   50% Booking Amount will be refunded, if Room Cancel within 3 Days
•   No Refund – If Room Booking Cancel after 3 Days, Booking Amount Will not be Refunded

Refund Note :

•   One Month Prior Notice should be given before leaving otherwise Advance Amount will not be refunded.
•   Student at the time of Vacating between 1 st to 10 th Calendar Month, Rent will be Calculated Daily basis rent. If vacating after the 10 th of a calendar month, Rent will be calculated full month Rent only.
